Fairfax Redistricting
Serves as the lead organizer overseeing the implementation and daily operations of the Fairfax Redistricting Campaign. Manages a team of 3–4 Deputy Directors and more than 70 canvassers while setting and driving strategic goals to ensure strong field performance.
Recent Projects
Law Enforcement Executives & Administrators
Served as a presenter at the HBCU Law Enforcement Executives & Administrators Association conference, leading a discussion on community engagement and policing within Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The presentation focused on strengthening relationships between campus law enforcement and students, promoting trust, transparency, and collaborative safety strategies that center the needs and voices of HBCU communities.View Project
Justice for Donovon Lynch Campaign
Organized and supported advocacy efforts for the Justice for Donovon Lynch campaign by coordinating events, drafting press releases, and managing social media communications to raise awareness and mobilize community support. Worked to amplify the family’s call for accountability in the killing of Donovon Lynch following the Virginia Beach Oceanfront Shooting, helping engage community members, media outlets, and supporters in ongoing efforts for transparency and justice.
